Caron Brookes


Caron has 24 years office experience covering a wide variety of roles. For 8 years she worked as a PA for 2 Board Directors, involving managing diaries, organising conferences and events both in the UK and abroad, travel and accommodation, all personnel work for their staff, producing management reports and general administration.

She then moved on within the same company to set up and manage a large call centre. This also involved recruitment and training of staff, writing and managing her own budget, creating and maintaining a customer database, managing a team of 10 telemarketing staff and 4 administration and accounts staff.

Norma Hyde


With over 30 years of general office experience, Norma has the skills required by any small business or busy Executive. 9 years of this was spent as Office Manager responsible for a team of 40 people, after this she spent 15 years as PA to the Managing Director of a large food wholesaler.

Having then gone on to set up her own small but successful business, she has personal experience of the problems you may have by not having enough 'back office' support to be able to concentrate on your core business.
