How do I start using your service?

Simply pick up the phone and call us on 01902 448339 or 07831 488546, or e mail us with your requirements.

What will it cost me?

Because of the diversity of the services we offer, each assignment will be priced individually and agreed before work will commence. Generally our rates for copy typing/basic admin will be £23.00 per hour. Any postage charges, fax costs etc will be billed separately.

Is there a minimum charge?

We charge a minimum of one hour for all work undertaken, after this you will be charged in 15 minute increments.

Who can benefit from using a Virtual PA?

Just about everyone! Start up businesses, Consultants, Freelancers, travelling business people, self employed, students, small businesses. The list is endless.

Do we need to meet to discuss assignments?

We operate on a 'virtual' basis, so most instructions can be taken by either phone or e mail. If a client has a large complex project we are more than happy to meet up in the Midlands areas to discuss this.

How do I pay?

An invoice will be sent to you with the completed work, payment terms are 7 days from date of invoice.

What about confidentiality?

All of our assignments will be treated as highly confidential, we are also happy to sign any confidentiality agreements.
